At Bright Beginnings, we believe our greatest strength has never been our four locations. It has always been our people.

Since opening our doors in 2010, Bright Beginnings has grown from a single childcare center with 6 employees and approximately 25 children into a family of four locations, nearly 300 children, and approximately 100 dedicated employees serving families throughout Enfield.

Our growth was never simply about opening more classrooms.

It was about creating more opportunities to change lives.

Along the way, we have celebrated incredible milestones, weathered difficult seasons, rebuilt after devastating floods, navigated a global pandemic without laying off a single employee, and continued learning and growing together.

Through every success and every challenge, one thing has remained unchanged:

People come first.

Children come first.

Families come first.

Employees come first.

Community comes first.

That commitment is why Bright Beginnings is more than a workplace. It is more than a childcare center. It is a place where children discover confidence, families find peace of mind, and employees discover purpose. It is a place where mistakes become opportunities to learn. Where kindness is expected.
